    Bad Customer Service
    1. Went in for chainsaw service. A young man attending customer in front of me asked
older gentleman for help. Older gentleman said "Let me finish what I'm doing". That
was putting away a product on the shelf. I watch, while the older fellow tried to put
the item away. It must of had a wrong part number. I waited while he looking for a marker
then write the correct part number on the item. I wait and wait, he's marking the item
very carefully. Then proceeds to put the item on shelf.
    2. I worked retail for 8 years. He could of put that aside and provided customer service,
instead his actions basicly told me "You Don't Matter". It did not feel good and I walked
out and took my business down the street.
    3. I have done buisness with this older gentleman before and with the store, mostly good
service. He must of had a bad day.
    4. You are never to old to apply Customer Service properly. Leave your bad attitudes
outside the work space and take care of your customers.
    5. That bad Customer Service will not be bring my buisness anymore there and I'll share that
    experience with all my friends.
